Our dedicated team of falconers will visit your school, bringing with them a range of birds of prey.
We have over 40 birds of prey from small owls to large eagles and eagle owls, plenty of variety for your children to experience.
All visits are tailored and bespoke to the age range of the children, and can follow a subject to fit in with your curriculum. Topics covered:

visits can be anything from 1 hour, a half day or a full day and on average 4-6 birds will be used depending on the topics/subjects covered.
All children will get the opportunity of handling the birds.
All staff are DBS checked and all RAMS and insurances are provided.

Care Home Visits
Care home visits with birds of prey can be a fantastic way to engage residents, providing both entertainment and a therapeutic experience.
It is proven that animal therapy sessions provide emotional support as interacting with animals can reduce the feelings of anxiety, depression and loneliness by promoting a sense of companionship and unconditional love. Spending time with animals reduces stress levels and increases feel-good chemicals within the body. For some, especially in cases like dementia or alzheimers, engaging with animals may enhance focus, memory and a sense of purpose.
A fully interactive an immersive experience for all capabilities including residents who may have visual impairments. Being able to feel and touch will connect them to the experience.

Childrens Falconry Sessions

DATES: Wednesday 6th August & Tuesday August 19th 2025
TIMES: 10:00am - 13:00pm.
Price per child + 1 supervising adult: £55.00 including refreshment
Each child will receive a certificate of completion, max group size 8
A bird of prey encounter for children aged between 6 and 15 years of age with Go Active Falconry is an exciting, hands-on experience designed to introduce young participants to the world of falconry in a safe and engaging way.
What to Expect:
Meet the birds: Children will get up close with a variety of stunning birds of prey, such as owls, hawks and falcons. The falconers will share interesting facts about their habitats, hunting techniques, and unique adaptions.
Handling & Flying: Under expert supervision, children will have the chance to handle and fly a bird to their own gloved hand.
Educational and Fun Activities: The session includes engaging stories, fun facts, and interactive activities such as feather identification and pellet dissection.
Memorable Photo opportunities: Parents/Guardians can capture special moments of their child interacting with the birds, ensuring a lasting memory of the day.
